הצהרת נגישות – Accessibility Statement
אנו רואים חשיבות עליונה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכלל הלקוחות והגולשים, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלויות. הצהרה זו נועדה לפרט את הסדרי הנגישות הקיימים באתרנו.
התאמות הנגישות בוצעו בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי (ת"י 5568) ברמת AA. הנגישות נבדקה והותאמה לדפדפנים המובילים (כרום, פיירפוקס, ספארי ואדג').
אמצעי הנגישות המרכזיים באתר:
- מבנה וניווט: האתר נכתב בשפה ברורה, בעל מבנה היררכי מסודר (כותרות, פסקאות ורשימות), וכולל קישורי דילוג לתוכן המרכזי בתחילת הדף.
- ניווט מקלדת: גולשים שאינם יכולים לעשות שימוש בעכבר יכולים לנווט באתר באמצעות מקש ה-TAB (למעבר בין רכיבים) ומקש ה-Enter (להפעלת קישורים).
- תאימות לטכנולוגיות מסייעות: הוטמעו חוקי ARIA ותיאורים טקסטואליים (Alt Text) לתמונות ואייקונים, כדי לאפשר קריאה תקינה בתוכנות קוראות מסך וזיהוי קולי.
- הגדלת תצוגה: ניתן להגדיל או להקטין את תצוגת האתר באמצעות לחיצה על כפתור ה-CTRL יחד עם גלגלת העכבר, או עם המקשים "+" ו- "-". כל לחיצה תשנה את התצוגה ב-10%. שינוי גודל גופן ניתן לביצוע גם דרך תפריט הנגישות באתר.
- שליטה בתנועה: האתר אינו כולל אלמנטים מהבהבים או מרצדים העלולים לגרום להפרעות. במידה וקיימות גלריות סרטונים, הוטמעו כפתורי עצירה והפעלה.
- תצוגה חזותית: האתר מותאם לעבודה ברזולוציות שונות (רספונסיבי) ולמגדילי ראות בסיסיים.
סייגים לנגישות הנהלת האתר עושה מאמצים רבים כדי להנגיש את כלל הדפים והתכנים. עם זאת, ייתכן שיתגלו חלקים שטרם הונגשו במלואם או שקיימת מגבלה טכנולוגית המונעת את הנגשתם המלאה (למשל ברכיבים חיצונים המוטמעים באתר).

Ofek Adato provides services in the field of DJing and event music. In this statement, our goal is to optimize the use and improve our service regarding accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.
Our accessibility adjustments were carried out in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 2013, to the AA level, subject to the changes and adjustments made in the Israeli Standard document. The accessibility adaptation was tested in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Mozilla, and Edge browsers.
Accessibility features available on the website:
- Support for all standard browsers (such as Chrome, Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla).
- The website's content is written in clear language and uses readable fonts.
- The website's structure is built with headings, paragraphs, and lists.
- Navigation on the site is simple and convenient, including clear and accessible menus.
- Links on the site are clear and explain where they lead after being clicked.
- Skip links at the top of the page allowing users to skip directly to the content.
- Textual descriptions (Alt text) for images and icons for assistive technologies.
- Adaptation of the site for different screen resolutions (responsive design).
- Stop and play buttons for video galleries.
- Implementation of ARIA rules that help interpret the site's content more accurately.
- Accessible menus, forms and fields, heading hierarchy, tab components, pop-ups, and more.
Display adjustments on the website:
- You can zoom in or out by holding the "CTRL" key and scrolling the mouse wheel, or by pressing "CTRL" together with the "+" or "-" keys. Each adjustment will change the screen size by ten percent (10%).
- Font size can be changed using the accessibility menu available on the site.
- Users without a mouse, or those unable to use one, can navigate the site using the "TAB" key. Each press will move the cursor to the next interactive element.
- Pressing the "Enter" key will activate the focused link.
- The site does not include flashing, flickering, or moving content. Where such content exists, it can be paused by hovering with the mouse or navigating to it with the "TAB" key and pressing "Enter".
Website adaptation for the visually and hearing impaired:
- Basic visual magnifiers (resolution adjustments).
- Voice recognition software compatibility.
- Operating s1ystem voice recognition packages compatibility.
Accessibility limitations: The website management does its utmost to ensure that all pages are accessible. However, there may be pages that have not yet been fully adapted or for which a suitable technological solution has not yet been found. Additionally, accessibility may not be complete or sufficient for external advertisements embedded by third-party businesses.
